With past experience in the IT industry and foreign markets, our founders Vivek Bajpai and Sachin Arora started the organization in the year 2021 with only one dream in mind to bridge the gap between the foreign IT market and Indian Talent which will benefit not just the talent, rather to the entire nation. The challenges they faced in the Indian IT market of moving to major cities which will result in an increase in the cost of living and staying away from families, they are working towards the same.

Kleed Software is focusing on providing employment to people not just based out in Tier 1 cities, but to talents who are missing out the access to moving to those cities, which will benefit the talent to work from the comfort of their home and save time, state government and nation in order to focus on the development of the areas which are getting missed out, and to open a new passage for Indian IT industry and talents to work as per their choice and interest not as per the market.
